Proceedings/Indexing

Only accepted and presented papers will appear in the proceedings if they have been uploaded before the deadlines. The conference proceedings will be published as ICL2019 Proceedings in the Springer series "Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing". The books of this series are submitted to ISI Proceedings, EI-Compendex, DBLP, SCOPUS, Google Scholar and Springerlink.the indexing services decide themselves what exactly they index or not – the conference organizers don't have any influence thereon.
