General Remarks
Submission Server
All contributions – abstracts, final papers – should be submitted using the ConfTool Submission Server. If you are unable to submit the abstract electronically, please contact the conference chair.
Review
All submissions will be peer reviewed.
Please note: "Full Paper" is a “review-to-present” submission type. Each paper must have at least one author participating in the reviewing process. Please check with your co-authors to make sure that at least one of you has agreed to be a reviewer.
Publishing
The conference proceedings will be submitted to IEEE Xplore®. Authors may also publish their papers in the Online Journals of http://online-journals.org. In case of questions ask the publication chair.
Copyrights
Publishing in IEEE Xplore® ensures a wide dissemination of your valuable work. The copyrights of the papers are transferred to IEEE (except if it's entirely the work of the US or a crown government). IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference. Papers excluded from further distribution will be archived at IEEE but will not be indexed or appear in IEEE Xplore.
Procedure
Steps
- Create a user account on the ConfTool Submission Server
- Upload your extended abstract
- 2 pages for Full Papers
- 1 page for Short Papers, Posters etc.
- Wait for the review results
- If accepted upload your final paper
- Register for participation
