What to submit

Student International Competition on Learning Technologies:
Submit: Nothing, but: find the requirements for the demonstration at the Student Competition page.

Full Papers – Short Papers – IGIP GinEE Award – Special Sessions
Submit: camera-ready paper in PDF and in WORD (or LaTeX sources in a ZIP archive) (10-12 pages for full papers, 8-10 pages for short papers), and the filled copyright form in PDF. Here are the template kits for Word and LaTeX and the Copyright Form.

Work-in-Progress
WiP submissions are for reporting on work that is still in the process of study and/or implementation for which results will not be available by the time of draft paper submission; papers submitted in this category must have titles beginning with the phrase, “Work-in-Progress: Your Title”. Submit: camera-ready paper in PDF and in WORD (or LaTeX sources in a ZIP archive) (max 8 pages), and the filled copyright form in PDF. Here are the template kits for Word and LaTeX and the Copyright Form.

Poster
Write a description of the work presented on your poster. Papers submitted in this category must have titles beginning with the phrase, “Poster: Your Title”. Submit: camera-ready paper in PDF and in WORD (or LaTeX sources in a ZIP archive) (max 6 pages), and the filled copyright form in PDF. Here are the template kits for Word and LaTeX and the Copyright Form.

Late Papers
Submit: complete paper for review in PDF (max 12 pages). Here are the template kits for Word and LaTeX. Currently, please submit only the paper in PDF and, once accepted, the final version in PDF and in WORD (or LaTeX sources in a ZIP archive) and the filled Copyright Form in PDF.


Important

Check you have:

  • added the authors' names, affiliations and at least the email address of the corresponding author
  • formatted your paper according to the template
  • had your paper proof-read by a native speaker (papers with not sufficient English language level will be rejected)
  • respect the deadline – uploads missing at the deadline cannot be submitted to Springer
  • not exceeded the page limits – paper exceeding the page limits will be rejected:
    • Full Paper (10-12 pages)
    • Short Paper (8-10 pages)
    • Work in Progress, Poster (6 pages)
  • filled in correctly the copyright form
    • the paper title
    • the names of all authors
    • the corresponding authors name, email, affiliation
    • signed digitally or by hand
  • you have submitted correct metadata:
  • correct spelling of authors' names in paper and metadata,
  • coherent spelling of authors' names trough all your papers if you have more than one
  • do not inverse first name/last name etc.

When all this is OK you are ready to go to the ConfTool Submission Server and submit your final paper.

General Remark

All submissions will be peer reviewed (double-blind for Full and Short Paper).

Please note: "Full Paper" is a “review-to-publish” submission type. Each paper must have at least one author participating in the reviewing process. Please check with your co-authors to make sure that at least one of you has agreed to be a reviewer.
