Submission
- The submission is done at the Conftool® Submission Server (link will be available in time)
- The time displayed there is the reference for deadlines. Submission closes automatically at the deadline. The system also won't let you upload files that are out of the page range.
- The metadata that you enter there are important. Enter them correctly and update them if you make modifications after the initial submission.
Final/Camera-ready Upload
You must upload the following files:
- Your paper in PDF format
- Your paper in MS Word format or all necessary LaTeX files in a ZIP archive
- The Springer License to Publish (LtP) in PDF format (upload after the conference)
The Springer LtP is a very important legal document. Springer will NOT publish your paper if the LtP is not correctly filled in. Take this very serious and verify with this Sample Springer LtP (available later).

Proceedings
All paper and short paper submissions are subject to a double blind reviewing process. Only accepted AND presented papers will appear in the proceedings if they have been uploaded before the deadlines. The conference proceedings will be published with Springer in the series Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems.
Indexing
The books of this series are indexed by SCOPUS, INSPEC, WTI Frankfurt eG, zbMATH, and SCImago . All books published in the series are submitted for consideration in Web of Science (Source). However, the conference organizers don't have any influence on that – in case of questions about indexing please address directly to Springer.
This proceedings volume is published, in parallel to the printed books, in full-text electronic version in Springer's digital library SpringerLink.
Free Copies
Springer strongly recommends that all paper authors include their affiliation and e-mail address in their manuscript. Their e-mail addresses (also published in the chapters) will be used by SpringerNature to provide authors with a personal MySpringer account where they can download a free copy of the eBook. In addition, all authors will be offered a 40% discount on any eBook or print book order from Springer's web shop. Both the free eBook and the author discount will be activated on MySpringer.
Copyrights
The copyrights of the papers are transferred to Springer.
Handling of Non-Presented Papers
Authors are expected to attend the conference in person to present their papers and share their ideas. If a paper is included in the proceedings distributed on site and is later identified as a non-presented paper, it will not be sent to and published by Springer. However, you are free to submit it to another conference or journal.
- All submitted papers are subject to double-blind review process by at least two international reviewers that are experts in the area of the paper.
- The factors that are taken into account in review are relevance, significance, originality, readability and language.
- The possible decisions include acceptance or rejection.
- Rejected articles will not be re-reviewed.
- Articles may be rejected without review if they are obviously not suitable for publication.
- The paper acceptance is constrained by such legal requirements as shall then be in force regarding libel, copyright infringement and plagiarism.
- The reviewers evaluate manuscripts for their intellectual content without regard to race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy of the authors.
- The staff must not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, other editorial advisers, and the publisher, as appropriate.
- Reviews should be conducted objectively. Personal criticism of the author is inappropriate. Referees should express their views clearly with supporting arguments.
- Manuscripts received for review are treated as confidential documents and are reviewed by anonymous staff.
- A reviewer should also call to the publisher's attention any substantial similarity or overlap between the manuscript under consideration and any other published paper of which they have personal knowledge.
- A paper should contain sufficient detail and references to permit others to replicate the work. Fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements constitute unethical behavior and are unacceptable.
- The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others that this has been appropriately cited or quoted.
- Submitting the same manuscript to more than one publication concurrently constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable.
- Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported work.
- All sources of financial support for the project should be disclosed.
